Legendary Kel Deer Design Raffle

Mutations: Elemental (earth/plantlife), flower tail, vines growing on it, unable to remove mask (vines), one eye is dirt instead of an eyeball to grow the small flower, antlers, 2 tone antlers and hooves

Mask type: Normal

Bio: A global ecology buzz had the effect of making this guy, the intensity of the event made it mutate to extremes.

One vine grows under it's mask, in the dirt where it's left eye should be. Antlers curve outward but are splayed forward, like a spoon for the ears. Vines wrap around but do not grow from the Kel except for the flower. The flower that makes it's tail isn't an actual type of flower, even if it resembles one. It also has very light static.

Design Traits: Graying parts are over the initial yellowish color, and the gray/black on the back is like a blanket on a horse, and sits just like one, going around the head and down stopping before the legs. The black/gray at the bottom is like stocking markings.
Spots are all random.
Two tone hooves and antlers right is always blue, left is always green.
Flowers, vines, antlers, and mask are all without static.
